Friday Night
I spend the night with three of the most beautiful and inspiring ladies in my life, i love these woman with my heart and soul. I had come dine with me evening with my ladies, I love our uniqueness we are all different and respect each other. Just Anita keeps bulling me LOL, spending time with great friends priceless.

I bring those midnight conversations for hours, and hours,and hours and hours and hours and hours and hours....talkin about nothing in every single way possible
I bring that......constant wanting of you, needing you, craving you,............that having to have you to sustain ME....
I bring that mental ,emotional , spiritual,........i bring my cup ...ready to fill the the nothing and the empty that was pushed upon you by careless hands, cold eyes, and unloving hearts
I bring to the table the ability to be a lover of the day and not just of the night
simply i bring to you all that I am...

KNOW YOURSELF

You cannot fully experience love in this life until you know what love is. To "Know Thyself" means to know it at every level, not just your physical and emotional levels. From this foundation you can then truly begin your journey towards a fulfilling relationship with one or many souls.

Every single one of you is a perfect of love within. We are equal and loving people who hold the potential to share this love with anyone we so choose. let's erase the way in which we human think: "To have love, we must find love." There is no finding love, only expressing love! To find love suggests we are currently without it, and this is impossible for we are humans which are all love.

Let me give you an example of this. We all wake up from time to time and feel happiness or joy at the world (some people feel this all the time, and some once in a lifetime). We get out of bed and greet people with more love expressed. Now, we really know the world certainly did not grow more beautiful overnight! What happened is you allowing yourself to let your love flow from within.

Two or more people do not create love, only express it, depending on their own ability to let love flow from within our selves. You cannot create what already exists in its entirety. What appears to be created is really just two people sharing what is already within themselves and the end result is called a relationship. if one is unable to feel love, it is because he or she is blocking what is within them. Then they mistakenly blame the other person for not being lovable or for creating this block.

 Do not confuse unlovable behaviour with your own inability to express love. The people around you are always doing unloving behaviour for they are not aware of their own inner love to some degree. This is why we were given the ability to have children. For this was as close as many of us would get to dealing with unlovable behaviour. We are all "children" of God. While they may not love our behaviour, they never stop loving us. This is Christ Consciousness love.
I am speaking ideals here. This is what I, and all of us, hope to aspire to. Do I make mistakes? But I keep these ideals in my heart and strive for them daily. I am constantly adjusting myself to reflect my higher self. I like to say I'm a Work In Progress. So you see, some peoples love is always there, but their ability to let it flow became restricted.
 To know love is to know thyself. If you seek outside of yourself, it should be to share, not to find.

MY DADDY THE GREATEST

Only now that I have grow up and step back from him I finally realize how much I miss him and need him. He is my world my everything. my dad teach me so much from a young girl growing up and its because of what he has taught me got me thinking. I don't see him now but I feel and know he is always there for me. I don't feel a void or I am missing out, I just feel like I am a little girl always waiting to see her daddy. My dad is a very hard working ambitious man I know that's were I get my ambitious ways. When ever I feel I need my dad he is only a phone call away never fails me he just know when I need encouragement and my daddy to make me feel better.
Every heart break I have had  because of my father I believe in good men and don't give up on believing ..... If I get a man half the man my father is then I would be a lucky lady.
thank you God for giving me and amazing father,teacher, leader, and friend.
The greatest gift I ever got from God was my father thank you God my father is my greatest blessings, thank you for the direction and motivation I will continue to be me.

I read the most beautiful thing about friendship is that they can grow separably without growing apart. I did`ent understand that until i went through it ..... out my my small group of close friends i was the first to have a baby, well kids and always been busy, they had their own things going on e.g moving, family members passing away, losing love ones and close friendships. These are the things that make us strong and in control of our lives. I love the friends I have for a few reasons they keep me in check, they the only ones that would call me and tell me off if they need to and also call me when they know I need some extra loving and support. They are pretty special to me that's why I keep them close to my heart.
Linda - what can I say about this girl seen her in her ups and downs, very loving individual. vain in her own ways. very honest and funny in her own way ..... trust me in her own way. she cant lie to me but tries sometimes lol lol lol. love her and her family are truly fun to be with her mum finally accepts me (yes finally ) dident want me to hang out with her daughter thought I was bad news ..... make me smile for a good reason couldn't be happier for her love you girl .....x
Anita- hardworking and very reliable opposite of Linda .....lol lol. she have shyish ways but don't be fooled last time we meet she gave me a wedgie yes she did lol
kind hearted and always encourages you no matter but tell me off with the look ...........lol. I admire her ways, she is sincerer and has passion for others.
Shaunza- were do I start when we together its not a good thing her laugh is intoxicating ..... honesty, good person to lean on and a great listener. she is ambitious with a heart of gold, we have had good laugh to the point your belly hurts. she is a positive individual with the power to reach great lengths.
Lisa- were do I start meet from school days ......... wow when we were young and innocent. we've had our bad times but more good times ( we can write a book) caring and loving. Always worrying about me (i am an adult now) honestly. love her honestly if she don't like you you you would know straight away.
recently I was happy to be god mother to her kids (good choice).
Cornelia- the name alone is trouble been on holidays together what a holiday it was ST-Marteen, ST-Lucia hmmm no comment. Always worry's about me and stress me at the same time, what can I say about you after recently you changed my plans lol lol. very helpful and caring always willing to try new things very responsible and hard working. This girl can read my emotions without talking so that tell how long we've know each other, we grow up in ST Lucia and came to UK very young. Mrs Cornelia I love your strength and you integrity don't change.
Martina-(every ones know her as capeltina) we like opposite at times, we grow up in ST-Lucia was in same class from pre- school I meet Lisa through you I am the god mother to your kids too wow .... its been that long already this girl have my back whether I am right or wrong she doesn't let no one talk about me. people don't know we are very close because we only meet when its to do with the kids or each other. love her dearly she is crazy very out going but kind hearted. She have enough confidence for both of us and not afraid to show it.
Louise- she is three days older very smart but we all know her as the small one lol lol she is courageous, loving and trusting. me and Linda have done a few things to her but she still there sorry Lou ... i always tell her she need to believe more in herself she is very talented musically and can hold your worries on shoulder so you can feel lighter. don't change you ... truly good friend x
Clensha- the big sister I never had  when we together we laugh allot, Clensha really don't have a bad bone in her body, always there very reliable friend and truly amazing woman.
Odel- when I think of her she is my other big sister since we had that near death experience when I was younger in st Lucia. she never had a good thing to say about me but that's how she say she loves me e.g she will text me I saw you in kings cross meaning hope you fine lol lol she is brave fun to be with and always have me smiling and laughing no matter what. love you and your kids.
Sherma that girllllllll since she come into my life its been allot of drink, wine, jook, sections, more rum. we always have a good time no more were we go, the things these girl say i cant put it up here but damnnnnn she have me rolling. she is a fun loving criminal ..... lol
Des- just know I love you ...... don't wanna go dere like the lucians say favorite quote for you (te ya chou la) xx

How lucky am I to have friends like y'all sometimes in life you find special friends someone who changes your life just by being part of it someone that makes you laugh until you cant stop,  someone that makes you believe that there really is good in this world. when i am down and feel dark and empty i have friends that left me up in spirit and makes the dark feel bright again. gets me through sad times , hard times and confusing times with friends like these i fell happy and complete you will forever have a friend in me (forever) never ending. i don't do best friends only forever friendship ....

DON'T LET THE PAST CONTROL YOU ....

Most of the events of your life have been shaped by your thoughts, attitude and expectations. If your life doesn’t change and doesn’t improve, it means that you are not changing your thoughts, attitude and expectations. It is like playing the same movie in your mind, over and again.


even if circumstances do not change, or cannot be changed, your attitude would be different, and therefore, the impact of circumstances on you would be different or even non-existent.

If your thoughts have always been negative, and you keep repeating them, how do you expect to improve your life?( this is base on my experiences)


Don’t let the past shape your future.

Have faith in yourself, and you will be in a better position to handle the affairs of your life. Think different thoughts, from those you are used to think. Those different, positive thoughts, about a better life, will sooner or later start affecting the present circumstances and situations of your life, and shape for you, a different, better future


The past has a great power on everyone, and is responsible for the present situations in one’s life. By being conscious of your present thoughts and feelings, you shape your future. By being more aware of your thoughts, and aware of the feelings associated with them, you can start rejecting the thoughts and feelings that have been shaping your life in a negative way. By choosing your thoughts and feelings, and by thinking and feeling in a more positive and constructive way, even if your past and present are unhappy or unsuccessful, you start creating a better future.

The good thing about friends is finding out our different past and we have different mentality, whats good for someone will be not be for someone else.

Make the effort of reminding you to think positive thoughts, and have faith in yourself that you can do so. Become unstoppable

I have always told my friends the same thing there is someone else out there worst of than you, you wake up (blessings 1), have loved ones (blessings 2) you have food (blessings 3) our daily blessings are are great and amazing sometimes stop and think (I am so bloody lucky) thank you god for my past and I am looking forward to my future.

As a mother family is my life I breath and sleep family, I love the full pleasure of being responsible for someone else and someone I created loving me.

Been  gone for a while now i am back and proud to say I have been working hard n several business adventures. I have a focus mind and will continue to challenge myself as a person and as a mum we learn from others. I am blessed to have the best and most supportive group of friends I learn from them and they keep me strong always.
Sometimes when I remember I haven't told them how much they mean to me I send each of them a message or a card because without their friendship I wouldn't be me.
